So we moved into this area in August 2024. The first time we came to this taco shop, it was terrible. The enchilada's were swimming in sauce, the beans and rice were bland, stale, and looked awful. My husband also didn't like his food, he had a California burrito. He said it was dry and bland. We also tried it one other time a month later and had the same issues, except this time, I couldn't even eat my food. it tasted off, and lost my appetite after one bite. It was not edible. In November, we noticed that a sign on the building stated "under new management" so we thought maybe we would try it later. Tonight we decided to try it, and we were pleasantly surprised. The chicken enchilada's looked good, were not drowning in sauce, and tasted good. The chicken was tender and flavorful. I also tried the rolled tacos, and those were good as well. crispy and flavorful. I hope it stays this good, because it's close to our home and this is how we remembered Adalberto's to be. So good job new management! We will be coming back for more in the future.

Came to this aldabertos via drive through after the dmv for the first time. I asked for hot salsa and the hottest one they have, and the girl gave me one that I never had before at any aldabertos; it's like the Smoky spicy salsa you normally find at a taqueria (dark red/brown; I don't know the exact name). It was good and preferred it over the usual green and red salsa. Grubhubed it a week later and they gave me the hot spicy salsa too when I didnt expect it because they normally put only the red and green in there. Please continue to pack more of that spicy, smoked salsa when people doordash or grubhub!

I was spending my free day in my comfy sweats relaxing watching a movie after a long busy week when I had a random craving for a chicken burrito. But I was so comfy I didn't want to go anywhere I had to walk in to pick up. I knew Adalbertos had a drive thru so that's where I went. Ordered a chicken super burrito, a horchata and a jamaica. When I got my burrito it was the size of a pillow-huge. Got home and unwrapped this giant burrito, hoping it wouldn't be just filled with beans. It was delicious. Chunks of tender chicken, just enough smooth guac and sour cream, beans rice cheese. It was enough for dinner that night and lunch the next day and then some. Oh and the server was kind, easy and quick, served with a smile. Will be back again to try their other items.

Super good, burritos are a bit dry but the horchata, chips and salsa, and veggie burritos are still amazing!

Only the very best food that tastes Just Like Home! Their enchilada sauce! Love! Staff was friendly. Portion was great, I had it for dinner and then a light breakfast the next day. No idea why the star count is so low. This place rocks and I invite you to check it out. I got the cheese enchilada meal with rice and beans. To.Die.For. With a large diet soda and I paid about $17. Value. I ate this two times. I'm pretty sure i'm going to try to hit this place a couple of times a week. It's summer, i'm sick of doing dishes, perfect replacement, and i'll be thinking of home with each bite.

We come here more or less regularly and were pleased to see that the business has been renamed Adalberto's, and it has gotten a freshening up, which was probably due. It's very bright and cheery inside now and everything looks nice and clean. The salsa bar is also quite inviting, although the very spicy salsa isn't the tastiest. The rest are good though. Our carnitas super nachos, birria tacos, chicken quesadilla and beef taquitos were all really good as usual. We've found the food to be really tasty and reasonable. We always know what we're getting. The people are always very friendly too!

Ordered the Carne Asada Fries, Churro, and Horchata. The fries is the reason for 4 stars because the fries were not great. They were skinny and soggy. No crisp to any of them, even ones with any toppings. The churro and horchata were sweetness I needed though!
